Standard range of permanent magnet brushless asynchronous and synchronous motors

We have a wide range of brushless asynchronous/synchronous electric motors with magnets, with powers that can range from 200 W to 20 kW, which is defined according to the inner diameter of the stator and its stacking length:

General characteristics of our motors:

  • Our range is structurally defined with a perfectly radiated aluminum casing, a plastic rear shield and an aluminum front flange with machining and adjustments for a solid hold of the machine.
  • Bearings sized for long-life industrial applications are used. Especially the front bearings are sized to withstand higher stresses than what each type of power normally entails (Torque and Speed).
  • Our entire range of brushless motors are built in-house with a very low magnetic loss laminate.
  • Our range of permanent magnet brushless motors uses NdFeB magnets for work at a maximum temperature of 160ºC.
  • The winding of our motors has Class F insulation, compacted with resin, which offers us robustness and high electrical reliability for use in the vast majority of environments.
  • The default protection level of our motors is IP55. According to your requirements, we can make grades of IP56, IP65 and IP67.
  • We normally resin all our motors to guarantee total protection of the winding.
